Hello! I'm Jules, and I'm living in a spacious, 4b, 2.5b home on the outer edge of Clarksville with my boyfriend Michael. We are currently looking to rent out a spare bedroom and shared bathroom. The spacious bedroom has a walk in closet and big window, and is $900 (without utilities). Provided we rent out the second room, the bathroom would become shared and your rent would decrease to $800. We can arrange locks on the door if desired. The house is large, with a fenced in backyard, two common areas, and a giant, open kitchen and pantry. Laundry would be free, and we have enough cooking utensils to share if you're looking to pack lightly. The room can also come furnished. If you need that, let us know. The neighborhood is quiet, and we're 7 minutes from the highway and 12 from Wilma Rudolph. Rules: no illegal substances at any time, no smoking, and no guests inside the home without prior discussion and approval. Minimum 6 month lease duration.
