Nice 2 bedroom apartments, UPSTAIRs, Deck,, Full bath, Kitchen w dining area, 2 bdrm, living-room, furnished, one bedroom is set up for office, file cabinet and table available (Sorry no picture of 2nd bedroom) carpet and paint same as living-room and 1st bedroom. Security Camera in entry way. Owner lives downstairs. No smoking inside. Looking for reliable person, who is considerate of others and has plenty of great references. Must realize we share a common entrance. If you are a considerate nice person like me, call me at 219-395-6546 for appointment. Showing after 6-20-16 I receive questions about the furniture. The furniture stays. You may place your own coverings on them, but because of my stair wells curves up the stairs, it is impossible to take a couch a love seat, king size mattresses. I even had to purchase small appliances to accommodate the turns in my stairwells. Probably a lazy boy could fit on up stairways or a large thin TV. But I had such a time getting a sofa up there, we never care to do it again. I realize some may want their own furniture, but this is probably the wrong apartment for you. Also, I DO NOT hear on first level what is being said upstair, I do hear the wallking, a baby crying, yelling, and dogs barking. So will be looking for a quiet person. Because of the deck, I serious concerns about children and dogs. It really is a set up for responsible adult people. This is my home, I live below.
