The apartment has hardwood floors (except in the bedroom) and a beautiful open kitchen and living room area. It has a washer and dryer in unit as well as a walk-in closet. The bedroom has a balcony and a separate access to the bathroom. It is very clean, quiet, modern and very spacious. Due to my job relocation, I have to move out on Tuesday. I only used the place for two weeks. It would be available right away. Since I took over all the key fees, security deposits etc., the application fee would be $50 only. The building is very modern and has a pool, gym and other amenities. It's in the heart of the South End and local bars, shops, restaurants are within walking distance. You can look at the apartment anytime today and tomorrow! I paid $1285 which was a price drop at the time I signed the lease.
