It is a sweet place to be and just right, easy access to town, the beach, restaurants, you name it. For me it was a quiet respite from a busy day, just what I needed. Chris was always available to answer any questions. He was just a text away! Great host! June 2021 A very cozy cottage in Los Gatos. Easy access to freeway, to shops, to restaurants, to trails and all - yet located in a quiet street. I reserved Cottage C for one month, but ended up extending my stay twice up to three months. Chris is easy to contact and available within minutes. Cottage has got everything. It is suitable for a couple or a single traveller. My adult son visited me a few times and slept on a pull out sofa in the living room. Gated patio is a huge plus. I also appreciated the fact that I was able to keep the cottage cool - no direct sun exposure. May 2021 Cozy cottage in beautiful Los Gatos. Chris has thought of everything and has the home setup superbly. Was amazed at how quiet the neighborhood is. We enjoyed outdoor walks and grilling steaks on the patio. Great location with many restaurants to choose from. You will enjoy your stay here. May 2021 I stayed at the cottages for a month and absolutely loved it! It is clean and cozy! I loved having my own patio and grill! The location is great, close to downtown Los Gatos with lots of fun shops and great dining! Chris responds quickly and made check in and check out super easy! Sep 2020 This was a great little home away from home, with all the conforts and nice touches to make my stay comfortable. chris was a great host and very reponsive and communicative. It is a great town and a cute bungalo to relax and get away from the busy day. Great host, great stay, can't say enough! All Utilities are included in the rent on my fully furnished units
