Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property, and a $400 fine will be charged for eliminating the smell of smoke. Be mindful of the noise level, especially after 9:00 pm, as noise complaints are not tolerated and can result in full deposit charges. Additional guests are not allowed in the unit beyond the number indicated on the booking confirmation. The unit must be left in good condition, without an excessive mess, and additional cleaning fees may occur if necessary. Please take care of the provided amenities, and take good care of the unit key. If the key is lost, you'll be asked to call a locksmith, and the cost is usually between $100 and $200. The unit door will lock automatically, so don't leave the keys inside if you're leaving the premises. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am. Last-minute changes to your check-out time will result in a $25 charge for every additional 30 minutes of stay. It is important to deposit the garbage from the unit in the corresponding spaces.
