All of our beautiful apartment homes include oversized covered balconies, spacious living areas, plenty of closet space, gourmet kitchens with garbage disposals and dishwashers, wood style flooring and modern fixtures. We are a pet friendly community because we know pets are family members. There is a $200 pet fee due at move in as well as a $200 refundable deposit. Pet rent will be $25/month. Our off leash dog park is also available to you at any time.We charge a fixed rate of $31 per month for utilities that include gas, trash, and an amenities fee. You will be responsible for your water, electricity, and cable/internet.There a few different options for parking. Controlled access garage parking is $65 a month or onsite for $55 a month. There is also street parking around our community and parking is on a month to month basis so you can choose which will fit your needs the best for the month.Sure Deposit varies $87.50-$500 depending on credit.
