Pet(s) being allowed is negotiable, and dependent on the pet(s). There is a pet rent, dependent on pet, and number of pets, if we come to an agreement on pets. Tenant must be responsible for the yard work, and I prefer a tenant that likes yard work and has a general knowledge of home maintenance, or the income to pay someone that does, to keep yard groomed. Tenant is responsible for keeping gutters cleaned. Tenant is responsible for removing any fallen branches, lawn waste, etc.
