So, no through traffic. At the end of the road, there is a path for walking or bicycling that leads into the back of Waterworks Park. The back of the property is bordered by the railroad tracks. I stay here much of the time and find that, although they are noticeable at first, after a short time, the trains don't even wake me. Immediate move in condition. All appliances available. A neighbor is currently paid to maintain the yard and to keep watch on the house. So, drive by is OK but UNANNOUNCED VISITORS WANDERING AROUND THE PROPERTY WILL RESULT IN A CALL TO THE POLICE.
