Renter is responsible for paying for and switching water and electricity services into their name prior to move-in. Available company's include Gvec and Crystal Clear. The lease term is 1 year and a 30 day notice must be given before terminating the lease in order to receive the security deposit in full. In the case of any damages or needed repairs that are the fault of the renter, deductions will be made from the security deposit. Pets are allowed inside and outside and there are no parking restrictions. The renter is to keep the yard maintained, e.g. cutting the grass.
