I am renting a newly constructed ADU. It is a one bedroom and one bath house in back of the main house. It will have its own back entrance. It is a corner house with a lot of parking. It's across the street from an elementary school and near several shopping centers, COSTCO, and Cerritos College. Pictures of the progress are available. Owner pays for all utility bills (water, electricity, gas, trash, and gardener). The house is intended for 1-2 people max. If more occupants are involved, the rent will increase to cover extra utility costs. For each adult applying you must bring the following when you tour the house: - Copy of each adult's California ID - Copy of your Social security OR ITIN card - 3 months of most recent pay stubs OR if you get paid cash, a letter from your employer stating how much you make and how often. If you're bringing a letter, bring a copy of your most recent taxes. -If you did not apply online, please bring proof of your credit score (credit score report) -Bring first and last month's rent, just in case you get approved on the spot (move-in 9/1/24). *Optional: you may include bank statements to help your eligibility.
