Thank you for your interest but the property will not be ready to show until the end of the month. I currently have contractors working on the property and weather delays have slowed the work a bit. You can drive by and take a look of course, but the interior is not quite ready yet. The property will be available by 4/1/18. We are doing our best to make it a bit nicer. It's not the best but it is quiet, safe, neighbors are friendly, in a cul-de-sac and walking distance to elementary school. I will be leaving the washer & dryer, stove and side-by-side frig for the tenants to use if they so desire. I apologize for any inconvenience. Renters insurance will be required. 12-18 month lease, small pets only, no smoking please.
