The apartment is one of Highland Terrace's apartments. You can find the floorplan on their website here. I've lived in this apartment for over a year and I've enjoyed every minute of it! It's really close to the UTK campus and market square. Parking costs an extra $25 a month, but there's always a space available. I don't personally use the laundry services, but my neighbors who do say it's nice. I've had to call for maintenance a couple of times and they're always very timely and respectful. I really love living here. I'm moving because my Mom and I need more space. Please feel free to ask me any questions regarding the property, and I'm more than happy to schedule a tour. Again, parking is an extra $25 a month per vehicle. Trash is an extra $6 There's a UBfee that's $6 Water/Sewer is usually $55 My electricity bill is usually around $70
