FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters' insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant's expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. There are two bedrooms located on the main level (both have a Queen bed) and two more upstairs (one with a Queen and the other with 3 Twin beds). For extra guests or kids you can also use the Queen-sized sleeper sofa located in the main level Queen bedroom. There are two full bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen to complete this home, along with a separate dining room that seats 4 - perfect for a late night game of Spades! The kitchen table also seats 4 and there are 3 barstools at the kitchen counter. You can't beat Carolina beach for family fun! Note that owner reserves the right to occupy the lower level of the structure with at least a 24 hour notice, but this is a very rare occurrence strictly for maintenance or emergencies.
