Some further details: It's for a private room ($845/mo) in a 4-person shared apartment. The other roommates are male undergraduate students at Virginia Tech. It comes furnished, and the room has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a shower. The location is less than 2 miles from VT's campus, and right next to the apartment (~1 min walk) are 2 bus stops for which the buses take 5-10 minutes to get to the campus. Electricity and water are paid separately from rent, but other amenities (laundry, cable, Internet, trash disposal, etc.) are automatically included. Male students are preferred. Note: These pictures are from before I will move out, but the room will remain furnished and be further cleaned by the time you move in! I plan to transfer the lease, so you would be taking over it completely as I will no longer be staying in the area. The lease is from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026. I'm also open to subleasing the room for a lower cost during June and July this year (2025).
