Please make verbal contact/text response with Cheryl before showing so she can remove the dog, Peyton. If Peyton is in the house when you get there, just talk to her by name and she will go lay down. She will bark when you first get there but just ignore her. There are 2 keys in the lockbox on the rosebush to the left of the front door. One is for the storm door and one is for the front door. Living room drapes do not convey (rod remains)
