Edit: Room A is rented, B is available. Just bought the house and could use a roommate. Looking for someone with steady income, clean and responsible. House has new carpet and paint, room "A" is 10ft by 11ft and also have a 12ft by 11ft room "B". Rooms can be furnished with a full size bed and a computer table and chair. There is washer and dryer in the garage for easy access. I do have a dog and is friendly. I think I will charge $850 with $700 deposit depending on length of lease for the small room and for the big room I would charge $925 with an $750 deposit. All utilities included (internet, electricity, water, etc). I like to do short leases 2-5 months but don't mind extending or making a longer lease if we don't get in each others way and work well. Only one person per room but you are allowed to bring family over at reasonable times or a few days. Preferably someone working at the Labs or professional career. Located SW santa fe near the airport. Rent is priced for people with steady income who need a place to find a more permanent place or like to stay in the room and renew lease. Not looking for someone with unstable income. Please follow all rules and keep clean for yourself. Short-term to long-term leases are okay.
