Welcome to the Collective Arts Incubator ('CAI'), an independent arts community in the Highland Park neighborhood of LA. We invite you to join our collective! We have a one bedroom/ one bath MICRO apartment available for lease. The unit includes a living room (which we have used as a second bedroom, as pictured), kitchen, large front patio, and one off-street parking space. All collective members also share access to the collective workspace and laundry facilities (pictured last). These amenities are shared and subject to irregular availability and collective rules.
