Just a few steps away from the condos lay a long stretch of sand and beautiful bright blue ocean views as far as the eye can see! There are also various tents, which offer surf lessons and surfboard rentals for more adventurous vacationers. Families will be pleased to know that this beach has several convenient features such as bathrooms, showers, and lifeguards always on duty. The shaded picnic tables and coal barbecue grills are perfect for large or small gatherings after a long day at the beach. You can also end your beach day with a short walk to the Oceanside Pier and grab a burger and milkshake at the 50's themed, Ruby's Diner. Parking on-site is free for one vehicle per condo. Guest parking is available in the paid lots, and free parking for 72 hours in the parking lot by the Crab Shack. No vehicles over 16ft allowed in the parking area at all. Tall, spacious, and extended pickup trucks or SUV's will need to park off-site. The luxury complex offers one assigned parking space located on-site and close to your unit! Other vehicles can be conveniently parked in the free 24-hour lot just a short walk away. The on-site parking facility can be used for any normal-sized vehicle no more than 16 ft in height. - no pets :( unfortunately (complex rules not ours) - We suggest you bring your beach towels, boogie boards, and lots of good energy, be ready for a sunny San Diego experience! - the complex and the unit are both nonsmoking - The condo features ceiling fans, but we recommend the ocean breeze!
