We are three girls in our 20s-30s in Northgate/Pinehurst sharing a 4 bedroom house looking for one roommate to move into the largest bedroom (vacant) with the best storage September 1st with prorated rent if after, and 6 month lease starting October 1st renewable at same rate and conditions for an additional 6 months if all parties are agreeable. We are ideally looking for a girl of a similar age, who is laid back and chill, non-smoker. -Current housemates will show and interview prospective applicants, Property Manager will approve applicant based on credit/background check. Total rent for the room is $950 per month plus $950 security deposit/ 6 month lease renewable for an additional 6 months if everyone is agreeable. $950 last months rent can be paid upfront or over the first six months or less in equal monthly payments. Utilities such as water/heat/electricity/wifi/etc., will be split between the four of us. The half of the house you'll be in includes a bathroom shared with the other bedroom on that side, a separate shared office space, storage, easy access to a garage, laundry room, and backyard space (good for gardening!), and a driveway. There is also ample street parking in the area. The kitchen (on the other side of the house) and laundry (on your side) is shared common area with each cleaning up after themselves. Big basement too! The house is within walking distance of the light rail, also near two bus lines that connect to the light rail, and we are a few minutes from a QFC and a Safeway. We're also across the street from an elementary school and this has been a safe and calm neighborhood for as long as we've lived here. Come see it, meet us/apply!
