It is a large space, around 1500 square feet, and there is a (non-shared) washer and dryer in the basement for your use. Great location less than two blocks from VCU. We are willing to consider pets on a case-by-case basis. Due to the holidays and COVID, showings will be limited. If you are a student, your parents will need to co-sign the lease. Owner pays for water and trash service.
