Quiet street with a fenced in back yard and a 2 car detached garage. Great front porch and curb appeal. Home has a basement, central AC, as well as onsite laundry. Stove and Fridge are included in the rent. All utilities are paid for by the tenant. This includes, trash, water, electric. Small dogs are allowed for a $250 refundable pet fee and additional $25 per pet charge every month. No smoking inside the home. First month and deposit are due upon move in inspection.
