Seeking sublet for Bridgeyard Apartments Unit 1202-215. Lease ends March 2018. Pet friendly with lots of closet and kitchen storage space for a studio. I paid a refundable $500 deposit when I moved in that the subletter can keep when the lease is up. Living here has been a great experience, we just need more space now that my girlfriend is moving up from Texas. I work on King Street in Old Town and walk to the office in less than 20 minutes. The complex has its own stop on the 10B and 10E bus routes and the parking lot is free for residents and visitors. Garage parking is also available for an extra charge. I will be moved out of the apartment and have it professionally cleaned by July 24th. Move-in any time after that is fine, and since July rent is already paid, any time between then and August 1st will be rent-free for the subletter.
