It has a beautiful view of the Olympic Mountains, an old orchard on the property, a large, partially covered deck and is across from the local middle school ball field. It is in a good neighborhood and is clean. The house has newer floors and a functional layout. It has off street parking and a privacy fence between the neighbors on the same property, with a smaller picket fence wrapping the outside of the property. We would like to have a long-term renter in this house and will therefore accept at least a year. After that it can be month to month if you like. All electric and garbage as well as yard maintenance will be the renter's responsibility. There is no garage though if you would like to place a storage shed, we can talk about that.
