The sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed on the first floor, another king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a twin over twin bunk bed on the third floor, and two queen-size beds on the second floor, with additional rooms opening for larger groups. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for groups of more than six guests, with a charge of $39 per guest per night. The fifth and sixth bedrooms will be opened for groups of eight and ten guests respectively. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube.
