Conveniently situated within walking distance to the grocery store Gelson's in a pretty quite neighborhood. The apartment is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath with laundry on site. Interior equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Also FREE TANDUM PARKING is located directly behind apartment complex. The room we have available is very sunny with a half bath and spacious closet space (second biggest room of the three rooms). Brand new carpet has just been installed in the room with more updates to come. The rent monthly for the room is $870+ $600 deposit (35$ Application fee non refundable). Credit check is required.
