Enjoy the home or walk (or bike!) to see everything this amazing area has to offer.Our home is a spacious 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with plenty of room to spread out and make yourself at home. Its cute and bright and close to everything!We're located on the Marina Peninsula only four blocks east of the Venice Pier which makes for the perfect opportunity to grab a surfboard and catch a wave.Prefer staying dry? Hop on one of our beach cruisers and head along the sand up to the Santa Monica Pier. Or, ride down Venice's Abbot Kinney Blvd (voted the hippest street in America by GQ magazine!) or just take a trip around the Marina del Rey Harbor, there are wonderful self guided walks to take all around us. All of these are listed and on a map found in the apartment . . . or the Venice Canals (yes, for real!) all just steps away.Located off Washington Blvd. in the Marina amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, health food stores, yoga studios, boutiques, thrift stores are a quick 5 - 10 minute walk down the street.We are 3 short miles to 3rd Street Promenade and the Santa Monica Pier. We are 8 miles to UCLA, and close to major highways that take you to Hollywood, Disneyland, and Downtown LA.The apartment offers TV, high speed wireless internet, full bath, full kitchen, and balcony over looking our beautiful garden and courtyard. We offer 2 car garage parking and bikes for easy access to the beautiful city.The kitchen offers a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, french press, and all the kitchen supplies you might need. We also have a washer and dryer in our unit! Dining table is great for entertaining and makes an excellent work desk too!The bedroom offers a very comfortable queen mattress, large dressers and a very spacious walk in closet for your use.Living room bright with lots of windows and a beautiful view of the balcony and garden area. There is a large flat screen TV and the sofa reclines into a full size bed.The balcony is my favorite spot! Enjoy the patio seating and the courtyard water feature. BBQ is coming soon!Guests have access to all the cool amenities our apartment complex has to offer. This includes: pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, tennis courts, dry cleaning services, business center (with computers and printers), sports lounge, and BBQ area.LAX is only 10-15 minutes away and there's LA public transportation in front of the apartment.
