**Currently students in high school attend Farragut High. The new Hardin Valley high school is set to open in 2008 and all students currently in the subdivison will be zoned to Hardin Valley high school. The subdivison is small and located within the town of Farragut town limits, which was just named one of the souths best affordable suburbs by Business Week. It is a wonderful family neighborhood with I-40 and the new Turkey Creek shopping center both within a 5 minute drive. Don't let the "zestimate" fool you, our home is comparably priced with other neighborhood homes. I think the reason it is inaccurate is because there has been no sales activity on this house for 21 years.
