Privately owned Brand new home built in 2023 in the beautiful sought after community of Alamar. Alamar features a beautiful community park with a small lake and a newly built elementary school that is within walking distance. During the summer months enjoy the large community pool that features grills and games such as corn hole for the family to enjoy. We would like to rent preferably to a nice small family but are open to other possibiltles. We are also open to having a minimum of two pets allowed but would need to know the circumstances. If we do decide on allowing pets there will be a one time pet deposit also. We will be going inside the property every month to change the air filters in the house free of charge. Rent is due every 1st of the month. No oil down the sink. If we agree to pets, no pets are allowed in the main backyard only in the side yard. No smoking inside the home. Weeds must be picked up in the front and back yard every month. HOA will fine if yard is not maintained and the fees will then be added to the rent. Trash is picked up every Wednesday of the month and recycling is done every Friday. Bulk trash is done every fourth Monday of the month. The house is newly painted, please gently wipe down walls if oil, residue or dirt become apparent please also gently wipe down kitchen or bathroom cabinets in the same fashion if residue becomes apparent. Please do not put sanitary products down the toilet and do not use bleach to clean the floors. Also no cutting lemons or any acidic produce or product on the quartz countertop as that will damage it. Please remove lint after every clothes drying session. The initial deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the lease however before the contract ends we will do a walk through and if we uncover damages those damages would then come out of that deposit instead. We are a working middle class family and aren't making anything by renting out our home in fact we will be loosing money every month as our mortgage payment on this house is almost 3 thousand dollars so please, please take care of the home as if it were yours!!
