Includes 4 Belmar beach badges (needed for ages 14+). Bath towels and bed linens provided. Families ONLY: 5 adults MAX. One small dog welcome (Pet fee applies). Owner assumes any and all liability for any damage or injury caused by their pet and will keep the dog leashed while on the porch or outdoors at all times. WINTER: (monthly) January 1, 2026 - Feb 3, 2026 March 2, 2026 - April 16, 2026: $3,300/month SUMMER 2026: (weekly) June 1 - June 20 $2,300/week June 20 - June 27 $4,200/week June 27 - July 4 $4,500/week Aug 29 - Sept 5 $4,200/week FALL/WINTER 2026: Sept 5 - Oct 3 $3,600/week Oct 3 - May 1 $2,250/week or $3,650/month HOLIDAY (Thanksgiving, Christmas, & NYE week) $2,950/week Extra fees: Utilities $100/week, Pet Fee (1 small dog) $300, Exit Cleaning: $250 No groups; families only. Tenant agrees there will be no loud parties or disorderly conduct or Landlord may void Lease and Tenants shall vacate home. Tenant will not keep candles or anything that might increase the danger of fire. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. Oct 1- May 31 is a seasonal winter rental. Preference is given to renters looking for the whole time period. Monthly requests will be considered.
