If you like old and funky with lots of character, this could be the place for you! This unit was built in the 1950s and has original hardwood floors throughout. It is an upstairs apartment, but has a small side yard (unfenced) with a place for an herb garden. The kitchen is very spacious for a one bedroom apartment and has lots of cabinets as well as a hanging pot rack over the stove. This apartment has a private entrance/stairwell and is situated at the back of a 6 unit complex. There are Large pecan trees on 3 sides of the apartment, which bring filtered light through the apartment's 10 windows. The surrounding neighborhood is all residential homes with pretty established yards and is walking distance to UNT. My mom and I own and manage this complex and we are "real" people instead of a corporate machine. If you prefer new stuff and cookie cutter floor plans, it's probaly best to keep on looking, but if you like quirky, interesting and unique then send me an email for a tour. We are easy going landlords, but GOOD CREDIT IS A MUST!
