This home has so much potential. The outside has newer siding & roof....but the inside need almost everything redone to it. Good points....updated electrical, but there is still some active knob & tube.,,,newer furnace....newer central air, but goes to the main level only...not upstairs. There is also a detached 3 car garage. Negative aspects....every inch of the ceilings, walls, & floors, need redone. The full bath on the upper level need completely redone as well as the 1/2 bath off the kitchen needs completely redone. There is no kitchen...a small sink & 1 cabinets that it sits on. This is priced with all of the above being known. This is an estate. NOTHING will be done at this price with this potential.
