Ten Minutes from the LAX airport. Pacific Division Police Department down is around the corner. Such a great location and lovely single with lots of privacy. Dogs are welcome but must be a clean and a responsible dog owner, no barking loud dogs. Lots of parking on the street available, no smoking at all. Backyard use may BBQ have family and friends but must be respectful of the property. But must always clean after any gatherings. No partying or strangers allowed in the property.
