Close to Marion (l5-20 miles) and Carbondale (30 miles), Also camping, fishing at other lakes as well as Lake of Egypt, hiking, all really close. This is a townhouse duplex so there is only one neighbor. Other homes scattered around, but not real close. Shopping is not far and there are several restaurants around Lake of Egypt. This is a non smoking/drugs facility. Water is paid for by owner and electric, garbage and satellite or cable is at renter's expense.
