Tenant must maintain the residence and all tenant-controlled exterior areas in a clean, sanitary and reasonably well-maintained condition. Additional yard, driveway, artificial-turf and property-care requirements will be included in the formal lease or property-care addendum. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the residence. Pets may be considered with prior written approval and subject to the property's written pet policy. Additional monthly pet rent may apply. Assistance animals will be evaluated and accommodated in accordance with applicable law. Renter's insurance is required before move-in and must remain active throughout the tenancy.
