The third bedroom, fondly named the Sundrop Room in honor of our dad, also has a King-sized bed. You have a view of Lake Superior from the south window looking to the east. This second-level room also features a spacious, adjacent porch with a private deck. Plenty of space for a pack-n-play or air mattresses. All this is situated in Duluth's famous Park Point and is just a short walk down the beach from the Aerial Lift Bridge and Grandma's Restaurant in Canal Park. You're only steps away from Lake Superior's public five-mile sandy beach and Franklin Tot Lot, which is a rare find. The yard has a front and back deck, gas grill and an amazing lake view and access.
