We are looking for a down-to-earth, chill, no drama roommate, who is tidy and honest. We are 3 very chill people and one adorable kitty. We are friendly to diversity. The house is great, we have a giant palm tree in the back yard and several communal spaces to relax in. The house is a bit dated but everything works and being 4 blocks from the ocean and 4 blocks from the bay is hard to beat. We sometimes have guests over or have a barbecue, but we do not want someone who wants to bring the party home. The house is our safe space and feeling completely comfortable in our home is of the utmost importance. There is a landlord application process and an application fee of around $35, and a lease change fee which amounts to about $200.
