Welcome to our sprawling 2600 sq ft home with lux pool/spa! This charming ranch is on a brick lined street in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood just 1.5 miles from Downtown St. Pete, and sports an incredible private escape in back with resort-like amenities. Featuring a chef's kitchen, brand new grill, pergola w/ fire table, and a detached gym/office beside the pool. As our 2nd home, we designed this to be fully functional to keep your daily live/work/play/relax routing going while you stay! Here are a few things to keep in mind during your stay. This is our 2nd home and we spend a few months here every year. We keep it clean and well-maintained for our and your enjoyment, and we politely ask that you abide by the rules outlined below. No parties or events will be tolerated. Quiet time is strictly from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. We expect all guests to behave in a neighborly manner and exercise reasonableness at all times. Only registered guests are allowed overnight. Do not use premises for any illegal activities. Please, no eating in the bedrooms or on the sofas. Do not put dirty dishes, pans, utensils in the cabinets. No Smoking in the house or near open doors. All debris must be safely disposed of. This is a pet friendly house, however, you will be responsible for any damage caused by the pets. All material damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to the booking company. Please notify us if anything incidental occurs; we understand accidents happen, and wish to resolve it quickly with you!
