We offer 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments for $1185/mo, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments for $1285/mo, and 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartments for $1385/mo. Our kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Cable TV and internet are also provided and included in your monthly rent. Each apartment has in unit laundry hook-ups in addition to a community laundry room. Each apartment has a patio or deck to enjoy the fresh air. Majority of utilities are included in your monthly rent- heat, water, trash, and sewer. The tenant is responsible for their own electric bill. Each apartment comes with one heated garage parking space and a storage unit. You will love having 24/7 access to our fitness room, or scheduling your hairdresser to come to you. Our community room is always open for you to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cards.
