Step into the sunroom to watch tv in the swivel glider rockers or enjoy a good book letting the sun shine in from the luxurious white plantation shutters. Down the hall from the living room, you'll find a traditional Richmond-style full bath with a newly refinished cast iron tub. Across the hall is a flex room with world map wallpaper! This has a murphy bed and if needed, the desk in the sunroom can be moved into this room. Further down the hall, awaits a quaint blue & white themed bedroom with a white wrought iron style queen bed along with a closet, ceiling fan, dresser, nightstands and modern lamps to plug in your electronics. The master bedroom feels like you're in a historic home with the faux brick accent wall and wrought-iron style queen bed, along with nightstands and 2-way lamps with USB ports. The recently renovated owner's suite bathroom has a large floor to ceiling tiled shower with a sliding glass door, teak bench and shampoo/soap shelves. Two large closets and tall dresser in the bathroom, along with a 3rd closet in the bedroom, giving you ample room for clothes, linens and storage. Laundry is a breeze with the Samsung washer & Maytag dryer (and a full size ironing board and iron, if needed). Step out onto the back deck to cook a meal on the propane grill while enjoying some fresh air and a meal around the wrought iron table with rocker chairs and a patio umbrella. Watch your furry friend(s) run and play in the fully fenced-in yard. Cozy up in the Adirondack chairs around the backyard fire pit and roast some marshmallows to enjoy a childhood treat...s'mores. Included in your monthly stay are lawncare, pest control, Ring cameras, Yale keyless entry, Ring security system, utilities, and internet. You will be responsible for twice a month cleanings by my cleaners and renters insurance. Conveniently located close to hospitals, churches, schools, universities, shopping, restaurants and the interstate. Blue Jay Haven is a mid-term rental waiting for you! Minimum age to rent is 25 yrs. old. Lawncare, pest control, and utilities included in monthly rent. Water, gas, and electricity capped at $250/mo. Any overage will be deducted from Security deposit. Snow removal not included. Permitted pets: 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs.) or 1 medium/large dog permitted; some breeds not permitted and must be approved by management. No dogs on beds; furniture must be covered with your protective blankets if dog will be on on furniture. Pet rental fee based on pet breed and size. Application required for all occupants 18 yrs. old and up. No overnight guests without permission from host. Inhalants of ALL kinds are NOT permitted inside or outside of the property. Required deposits; $2500 (refundable), $250 pet deposit (refundable). $250 cleaning fee. 30 day minimum stay; extension possible, if available.
