Our home is truly unique. The builder allowed us to completely change the regular set up which was a wall with a see through fireplace which was the office or a fourth bedroom. However in only my home we chose to have this study that had the wall with the fireplace turned into an open bright and beautiful sunroom. So there is just a beautiful archway and no wall deprecating this bright and beautiful room. Also all the other homes like mine have a alcove cut out where the tv is supposed to go. We had that wall made into a flat wall with a large brick fireplace, a beautiful hearth and don’t let me forget the best part! Above the fireplace is the arched cut out for the tv! The plugs and cable are run right to the exact spot one needs to hang a great tv right at the perfect place to view from anywhere in the sunroom, living room and even kitchen!! So this is truly one of a kind.
