House is perfect for a couple or for roommates. Was recently been painted in and out, new roof, has two new AC/Heater units (4 & 5 years old), and a tankless (instant and unlimited) hot water heater. I'm listing it far below market value because I'm limiting it to 3 person, max. It's previously been a bit of a party house and I'd rather have fewer people for less rent. Renter responsible for yard maintenance all utilities.
