Three of us are graduating this December and are moving out, but our fourth roommate will be staying. We are signed until the Spring, so the three of us will need to sublease our rooms. After the Spring, the lease will be open, and can be taken over! All bedrooms are large and have their own bathroom. There is a bonus media room upstairs. The kitchen, pantry, and common areas are very large. In addition, the backyard is very large, and the park is a 10-minute walk away.

The one roommate that will be staying is sweet and very easy-going. She is usually doing a lot of schoolwork but enjoys working out and going out when she has time!
