A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and check-out time is 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late check-outs or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up).
