Hi! I'm looking for 1 or 2 people for an apartment at University Place Apartments. The apartment is 2 bedrooms, with one shared bathroom. Gender does not matter. Move in date is Dec. 16, with December rent already payed. Rent is $490 per person, per month, and can be payed online. I am willing to negotiate rent. This once a month fee includes everything: rent, electricity, water, internet, cable TV and trash. The fully furnished apartment is literally across the street from campus, and is a 5 minute walk from anywhere downtown, including bars, restaurants, parks, and other venues. University Place Apartments is a clean, quite, and friendly place to live. UPA generally fills up very fast, and rooms may be hard to find. The apartment is non smoking. Washers and dryers are available at any time in the building. There is a fitness center located in the building, which is also included in rent. The apartment is on the first floor, so no taking the stairs or waiting on an elevator! Please contact me for more pictures or to set up a time to tour the apartment!
