Hey folks! My partner and I LOVED living in this beautiful home (and the Rosedale neighborhood!) for over a year, but we are looking for somebody to take over our lease. We're looking for a move-in date of early November, and the lease will end in July 2019, with an option to renew. Must have good credit, two pay stubs (to show work), and references available upon request. The house is a railroad-style duplex, so it's probably a better fit for a single person or couple rather than a roommate. (You have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom). The landlord is the homeowner and is very responsive and easy-going. There is access to a fenced backyard and a small parking lot, which is shared with the duplex neighbors, who are really great. The house is located within close walking distance to the Draught House Pub, Upper Crust Bakery, Pacha Cafe, Pinthouse Pizza, Teo Ice Cream, and less than a mile from the original Kerbey Lane Cafe. We love living near Burnet and all of the great shops and restaurants in this area. We are just 2.5 miles from UT campus, and there are plenty of bike lanes and bus routes for getting downtown. Ramsey Park (which has a pool in the summer) is just around the corner, and we are a short walk/jog to Shoal Creek trail. There are washer/dryer hookups, but we would also be willing to sell the current units that we have here for a reasonable price. Move in is somewhat flexible, so let's talk! Rent is $1075 per month and includes water and lawn maintenance. Gas, electric, and internet are all separate. The house will come unfurnished since we are moving. Cats/small dog are allowed!
