Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with built in entertainment center, indoor laundry room, and very spacious kitchen/dining area. All rooms have high ceilings and Levelor wood blinds, and the bedrooms all have Hunter ceiling fans. The roof was replaced in 9/07, the backyard has a redwood playground/swingset and automatic sprinkler system, and the front yard has timer path lights with xeriscaping that coordinates with the house brick. Neighborhood Description Our neighborhood is pretty quiet. People are friendly and for the most part take care of their properties well. Spire Hill is definately one of the better streets in the neighborhood. There are lots of kids of all ages and neighbors like to take walks and socialize often.
