Please note that the property owner lives in the cottage in the back of the property, there is a shared backyard for all to use, but a private side yard with some storage. The owner has references for herself from prior tenants. Please also note that there is no garage or off-street parking. The driveway is assigned to the cottage in the back, but can be made available for special occasions. There is plenty of parking on the street and up to 4 permits can be purchased from the city for street parking.
