We make our tenants our number one priority! All of our luxurious apartments and cottages are completely renovated they feature new stoves, refrigerators, heating and cooling units, kitchen sinks and faucets, vanity sinks and faucets, toilets, ceramic tub surrounds and shower trim, windows, blinds, ceiling fans, counter tops, vanities, water heaters, doors with deadbolts, smoke alarms, and ceramic tile floors! They are practically brand new! Our cottages feature a back door to your own private back yard! They are approx. 30 square feet bigger than our apartments and have a walk-in closet and a ceramic tile counter top bar! Amenities include: Gated drive through and walk through entry (each tenant has their own code to enter the property), assigned parking, a dog park, a barbecue area, security lights, security cameras, and a laundry facility! What we pay for: Water, sewage, trash, lawn care, and property upkeep! What we ask of our applicants: 1. No convicted felons. We do a criminal background check of all applicants. 2. Pass a soft credit check (it won't affect your credit score). We are checking to see if there are any landlords suing for broken leases and/or property damage. 3. You have a sufficient income (we ask for your last three paycheck stubs or SSI Awards Letter). We require you to make at least two to three times the amount of rent. 595.00 a month for an apartment and 650.00 a month for a cottage. We are pet friendly and allow pets under 40Lbs with a 200.00 non-refundable pet fee. *We do not accept Section 8
