Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. Crimes will be evaluated on a case by case basis in the last 5 years. No charges related to homicide, methamphetamine, sex offenses or arson. -Applicant must be a non-smoker -Occupancy is limited to two people per bedroom - No pets allowed Move-in requirements After approval and before occupancy will be granted, prospective tenant must supply all required move-in funds. This includes the security deposit and first months rent. The lease must be executed and signed by all parties. First months rent will be pro-rated from the start date of the lease. *Deposit to Hold non refundable deposit to hold if tenant does not move in within 24 hours. Hold for only 14 days.
