Very nicely- kept and re-done condo! Granite Countertops, Hardwood living area, tile Baths, Carpet in BR's. Screened patio with a lake view! New front door and frame with new lock hardware as well. The HVAC unit outside is brand new; just replaced. The new unit will save $$$ for years to come. My reason for selling is simply that I need a house and a workshop.
